What you can raise with the Grievance Officer

You may contact the Grievance Officer about any of the following:

  • Content on the Site that you believe is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, misleading or otherwise objectionable.
  • A request to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, or a complaint about how your personal data has been handled.
  • A copyright or intellectual-property complaint (see also our DMCA / Copyright Policy).
  • A correction request that has not been resolved through our normal Correction Policy process.
  • Any other grievance relating to the Site or our compliance with applicable Indian law.

How to file a grievance

Send your grievance by email to grievance@techdosedaily.com. To help us resolve it quickly, please include your name and contact details, a clear description of the issue, the relevant URL(s) on the Site, and any supporting information or evidence. If you are complaining on behalf of someone else, please tell us your relationship to them and your authority to act.

Our response timeline

We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours of receipt. We will resolve it as quickly as possible, and in any case within 15 days, as required by the IT Rules 2021. Where a complaint involves content that is alleged to be unlawful, we act on valid complaints expeditiously in line with the timelines set by law.

Escalation

If your grievance concerns the handling of personal data and is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it becomes operational, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
